In Vietnam, when the military in the streets (called in algae) is also considered "lack of hygiene and food safety, but many famous tourist locations such as Binh Quoi, Thanh Da, Long Xuyen, Tho ... then see the "fall in sea" as an indispensable part of promoting tourism. Like how the policy of "flat" sea bear found applicable (see for example, Hanoi has regulations prohibit street vendors ...)?
